Intention
GBS' gives another way of attaching the individual (human/citizen) to the whole where all people are on the planet, in a theme, in a local/region/bond/etc.
Rule: Do not Point at 1 single spot as a goal ... just intent to attach to all other spots that open the mutual way ...
Technique: (let us focus on a countries voting system)
Given a lot of candidates on several grouping lists (parties? platforms? schools? churches? Belief Systems? whatever ground as orientation ...) assume any voter not being a candidate gets a budget of 20 points to assign to at least 3 votees/candidates - constraint maximum of 50%/10 points to an address.
Is this Clear ?
Then, GBS' intends to place a voter in the middle of his team voted ... all the time ... in full trust that the alliance attunes and serves the whole timespace at the best ...
