Being connected to a worldcitizen forum, lately, i s’ace – dutch
planetary sapiens -, was informed about this Newsletter. It announced things as
- create
awareness for the immediate need of Global Action Plan to unleash the
“Power of People” for democratic global Governance and bring an era of
peace, unity, prosperity and happiness for all in the world
- launching
this newsletter keeping in mind the interest of world's 2 billion children
and generations yet-to-be-born
- and other
motivations …
The call for articles i would most vividly manifestate by having a
little ceremonical physical mind-focussing gesture with my fellow humans
simultaneously. A sort of act that might near the practical almost impossible
to organize happening, could be the invitation to readers to say loudly and
imaginary and as integral as you can mobilize with us all:

i am manifestating my personal intentions with some words about what i
think has been going on for such a long time seen from the spot i lived a life
…
When …
you are with me here in the text i think we are in a governance sphere:
you are you , i am me and we are us together thinking in a lineair
wording, in a radiant meaning.
And …
i am aware as you are of 2 billion children, over 4 billion adults and
generations yet-to-be-born …
and could suggest to choose to (re)member one of those 3 groupies. Am i
mature and adult? Or do i prefer both mature and child? Or do I prefer all the
groupies?
Say …
i imagine myself to be a member of all the groupies mentioned, may I
invite you to join and enjoy my choice and have no judgements or whatever on
the individuals who (still) are making another choice?
So …
if you joined, we can analyse the democratic history build upon a way of
(pre)selling our decisional soul to a system proclaiming “one-man-one-vote”
mechanism as radaring people, humans, into a centralized system, a sort of
state-oriented-competition status quo.
And …
that staus quo globalized to our time of “now”.
Bringing us together in the “we realize ourselve” awareness … that we
can never and should never again organize a democratic electionary event on the
basis of one-man-one-vote mechanism. Why?
We can articulate ourselves on a more profound way :
1st we learned to manage some complexities in life as buying
3 or more things for, say, 20 exchange valued units (kind of money). So, we
also can be as a (football)coach selecting your personal favourite members of,
say, a coalition representing your personal main center in having a stand in
co-operational matters.
If you got this idea, then we proceed imagening step 2: every now and
then you can get other motivations in composing your teammates, your personal
chozen candidates in a political arena.
Then in a new world of democracy there is no need to wait till the next
election event is alive, while the system will always be there for all members.
And be confident that this system is of another system generation than the one
we had. Let me here not describe the old one but only the new one: it shows
integrity, equality, resonance, listener & intent.
In fact we created by step 1 and 2 an imagenary system that could base
global democracy, as it is meant to be on this Lucknow Symposium in December.
Then, reminding the ultimate wish of this Newsletter … create awareness
…
i would launche over here the idea of building an enduring democracy
networked society. How?
How to make an endurable design within our Global Democracy maintenance
procedure?
It is here where i introduce 4 entities: young – voter – votee – wise …,
where a votee is a public servant and a citizen who withdraws from being a
voter, just because s/he choose to be a public servant available to serve the
rest of the citizen.
I think we all as citizen, as people, are all of those entities at the
same time or very narrow pulsing the one on the other as if pumping the 4
heartchambers by routine, breathing.
The meta-concept of the system i then hereby introduce is the slicing
down of say 100 years human life into 13x7 phases. In the 7th phase
each global member achieves the greatest budget to share on electional events …
in the systemwise understanding that a human who got wiser (as the system rule
for existence proves) will prefer to have as much budget as a votee: zero ( 0 )
points.
Surprised? Then I invite you to think of the idea that those who succeed
in getting wiser will stop being a voter, but be a thinker and a performer of
doing the participatory act the system implies.
Most questions that may arise can be pre-answered by the idea of
creative human friction that must be kept alive, especially for those 2 groups
we adopted in the meantime: 2 billion children and generations to come. And,
you are invited to imagine the system at work in practise – you see with me the
creative friction pulsing our hearts in togetherness?

WOHLSAM parallel to Red Queen & Wilcox
First , lets state WOHLSAM is a new & noo time alternative for the lead that was given by Maslov Pyramid Mystery & Collapse.

Then the book Time, Synchronicity & Calendar Change of Stephanie South (Red Queen) states this as a realization by working intense together (page 336) :

and from level 5 to 1 we see also those 4 themes arise: "spiritual, mental, emotional, and phisical" and then a bottom layer for them is labelled as the Rhythmic Intelligence at the edge of arizing state of the art & science.

Return of Telepathic Civilization

These mental layers are described by various artists and architects, even some who might be consulted as shaman insight on future phenomenons in time-cycles as clues unlocking human frustrations into the better -dedicated- performance.

usually paradigm says not to do such a thing ... but then this can be a pivotes motiv to do it while the 7 should be 9 as a wholly better list to initiate other people. But then the 2 extra ones might just spin-off from the study to the 7 geven free on a site ...

Since 2003 i am very much inspired by the ideas of Valum Votan, Bolon Ik & Red Queen (a trinity throught the ages) ...
On my way deep digging down my planet i have developed alternative insights on some key-notes ...
here 01 - The psi bank also reflects the bipolar magnetism of the Earth and the fourfold shifting of the Earth in one rotation around the sun.
The notion speaks of a fourfold shifting considering the 8 tzolkin twins here?
i wonder ...
thinking in power gets me to number 3 as the unmasking approach ...
say 2x2x2 gets us into 8 ; then the 3rd 2 is a power at 3 ...
although it seems as 4: 2x4=8 too
so the What you see is what you get - formula is hiding the 3rd electrical phenomenon from its service to the dimensions we experience ...

Tahirih Path Finder
About 18 months ago i was iniated by Starr Saffa in a Life of Tahirih.
In December 2008 a German Lady visitedme and presented 2 Tahirih medals, one for my mate and one for me. It felt like a tremendous great gift and honor as well.
Today i was meditating the Planet into the 11/11 11:11:11 portal exercise that is scheduled for tomorrow - Galactic Human in DreamSpell Magickal Flight ...

Dialectic Education Manifesto
The goal of the Dialectic Education association is the possibility of changing today's social trend from management of family and social relations based on manufacturing consent and exploiting people's passive - dependent sharing-in, up to a management based on optimizing citizen's constructive dialectical confrontation and people's conscious, critical and active participation in common affairs.
The wanted change infers the self-organizing mode of relationships being performed in all levels of social organization, which the family is the simplest and most basical and the state is the most complex of. To date, all these organizational levels show a trend towards the enhancement of consent and passive-malleable political subjection.
We can find a clear example of the effects of this un-democratic trend in the current management of the Italian Republic by its prime minister, who through a careful use of mass-media and propaganda to control and accomodate the collective consent does favor his own presidentialism at the expense of equal democratic rights and values.
On the other hand, the manufacturing and enhancement of consent is a common feature in all levels of social organization, starting from that of the family up to that of constitutional political parties. The wanted change towards enhancing the values of dialectical constructive confrontation and conscious critical active sharing-in by a democratic community must have its origin from grassroots bottom-up, therefore from the most elemental and basic level of social organization, that is the Family.
This does not mean that the family institution should be led from top-down against the current management of collectivity. Rather, parents' attention must be drawn to the fact that the capacity for constructive confrontation and dialectical criticism and active participation in the social context has been authoritatively pointed out as the feature of children's personality that most will guard the latter against the risk of falling into drug addiction. Parents should thus be given the information that there is a chance of an intervention for Primary Prevention of drug addiction, and that this chance requires parents themselves to adopt a family communication model that may train independent children, able to perform the values of comparison and critical participation from birth on. In December 2008 a German Lady visitedme and presented 2 Tahirih medals, one for my mate and one for me. It felt like a tremendous great gift and honor as well.

Dialectic Education Manifesto
The goal of the Dialectic Education association is the possibility of changing today's social trend from management of family and social relations based on manufacturing consent and exploiting people's passive - dependent sharing-in, up to a management based on optimizing citizen's constructive dialectical confrontation and people's conscious, critical and active participation in common affairs.
The wanted change infers the self-organizing mode of relationships being performed in all levels of social organization, which the family is the simplest and most basical and the state is the most complex of. To date, all these organizational levels show a trend towards the enhancement of consent and passive-malleable political subjection.
We can find a clear example of the effects of this un-democratic trend in the current management of the Italian Republic by its prime minister, who through a careful use of mass-media and propaganda to control and accomodate the collective consent does favor his own presidentialism at the expense of equal democratic rights and values.
On the other hand, the manufacturing and enhancement of consent is a common feature in all levels of social organization, starting from that of the family up to that of constitutional political parties. The wanted change towards enhancing the values of dialectical constructive confrontation and conscious critical active sharing-in by a democratic community must have its origin from grassroots bottom-up, therefore from the most elemental and basic level of social organization, that is the Family.
This does not mean that the family institution should be led from top-down against the current management of collectivity. Rather, parents' attention must be drawn to the fact that the capacity for constructive confrontation and dialectical criticism and active participation in the social context has been authoritatively pointed out as the feature of children's personality that most will guard the latter against the risk of falling into drug addiction. Parents should thus be given the information that there is a chance of an intervention for Primary Prevention of drug addiction, and that this chance requires parents themselves to adopt a family communication model that may train independent children, able to perform the values of comparison and critical participation from birth on. Having a collective fifth dimension fishing lure influence is the start. It will be the filter refinements for each individual, that will allow the fifth dimension influences to grow, as collective based grid setup. This as perceived, is a mind action expressed in earth word terms, for setting a stage for a major inside the earth world, dream shifting. Whether the shift occurs before the conclusion of this current ascension cycle or not, all depends on a simple collecting of numbers. One fishing lure, two fishing lures, three fishing lures and so on until BANG and many conscious presence, discover a surprise dream shift has occurred!

As the presence within this dogon setup, we are aware that this simple praying type influence, can be taken a lot further and with greater latitude for what can occur. marriage in biovoidall terms
is a 11:11 portal "to~be~co~me"
and i place it in biovoidal terms ... which needs some clarification:
a bivid is a creature aligned to a dispensation without a plan (which is indeed implicit in the meaning of a dis-pensation) ~ however still connected by revelating moods to a chaordic radiance that guides opening pathways: the biovoid
the biovoid is an entity similar to culture and society however it inter and transconnects through spaces pioneered by many nomads as monads (inseparable unity of spiritbodies); in historic perspective one can mark the 2013 frontier as a pivotal marker which guides biovoids to germinate the planet as mushrooms at fall ~ here a waterfall
